Customer Lifecycle

Abbreviation:
CL

The customer lifecycle describes the various stages a customer goes through before, during and after they complete a transaction. In other words, it's from the moment he starts researching the company's products / [[service]]s until they make the final purchase. Every customer can be at a different stage and sometimes leave the company without experiencing all stages. Marketing and sales teams plan the necessary actions that address the customers according to their stage in the lifecycle.
