Customer [[journey]] is the complete [[experience]] a customer has with an organization. It encompasses all customer interactions across all [[channel]]s, devices, and [[touch-point]]s throughout every stage of the [[customer lifecycle]] – from awareness to [[loyalty]]. Customer [[journey mapping]] is used to determine the stages of this journey and the development actions are taken by measuring the satisfaction at every stage (See [[Customer Journey Satisfaction Score]]).
