Cost of Losing Customer

Abbreviation:

Refers to the financial impact of losing a [[customer]] for the company. This cost needs to be considered in several ways. On one hand, there is a loss happening from the loss of the customer itself since he won’t buy again from the company. On the other hand, there is the cost of regaining this customer which is usually much higher than gaining a new customer. The expenses made in order for the customer to return must be added as well to know the total Cost of Losing Customers.
